Legendary defensive end and Hall of Famer Bruce Smith unarguably stands as one of the greatest football players of all time. After a prolific 19 year career that culminated with his impressive procurement of the NFL record for all-time leader in quarterback sacks, Smith has gracefully ascended into the pantheon of football giants.

In June, Smith was one of 18 Pro Football Hall of Famers who traveled to Israel on an 8 day goodwill-trip as guests of New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft as part of an effort to promote the game of football in Israel.

Come join us as Smith shares his personal stories of the people he met, sites he toured, and football played in the land of Israel!

TJF's B'nai Tzedek Teen Philanthropy Program

The Tidewater Jewish Foundation is excited to debut an exciting new program just for teens! The B'nai Tzedek Teen Philanthropy Program encourages teens to become involved in tzedakah by establishing a fund for Jewish charitable giving. Opening B'nai Tzedek fund gives your teen a chance to play a part in improving your community and the world. In essence, we are empowering Tidewater's teens to take ownership of their own philanthropy—a valuable lesson that we know pays off!
